Your dream vacation is closer than you think, and we're here to help you turn it into a reality.
Qualifying for a vacation sponsorship is an important process to ensure that limited resources are allocated to families who genuinely need the support. Here are typical criteria that families may need to meet to qualify for a vacation sponsorship:

- The family should have a child or member with special needs, such as autism or other conditions, which can make travel challenging.
2. Financial Need:
- The family should demonstrate financial need and may be required to provide documentation, such as tax returns, to verify their income and expenses.
3. Explanation of Need:
- Families may need to provide a detailed explanation of why they are seeking sponsorship, including the specific challenges they face in planning a vacation.
4. Clear Plan:
- Families should present a clear vacation plan, including the destination, proposed dates, and estimated costs.
5. Educational or Therapeutic Benefit:
- The proposed vacation should have educational or therapeutic benefits for the individual with special needs, and this should be well-documented.
6. Proof of Effort:
- Families may be required to demonstrate that they have made some effort to plan and save for the vacation themselves.
7. Letters of Recommendation:
- Letters of recommendation from healthcare professionals, educators, or therapists may be requested to support the family's application.
8. Commitment to Participation:
- Families should express a commitment to actively participate in the vacation and engage in activities that are beneficial to the family member with special needs.
9. Impact Statement:
- Families may need to provide an impact statement explaining how the vacation will positively affect their family and the individual with special needs.
